Commentary
The second generation PIAZZA was based on a coupe marketed as IMPULSE in the U.S. and as PA NERO in Japan, and had a newly developed 1.8L DOHC 16-valve engine.
The air dam integrated into the bumper and the rear spoiler and semi-retractable 4 halogen headlamps made the car look very sporty.
The real leather steering wheel of Italy¡¯s MOMO and the seat made by Germany¡¯s Recaro came as standard equipment, and the suspensions were in ¡°handling by LOTUS¡± specifications.
